Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.00.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days unless otherwise indicated and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

Click and collect is only available from Inner West Sydney. Please contact via comments for collection.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Shipping to Australia only.

What is your return policy? 

Please choose carefully before you buy. We do not provide exchanges or refunds however we do want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us if you have any concerns. 

For breakages in transit, Memory Box Design offer a 7 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We will require a photo of the breakage in its original packaging.

If you believe your product is faulty or is damaged in transit, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. Replacement or refund will be offered depending on availability. 

Please note: Ceramics are delicate by nature and a breakage after delivery is not considered to be a fault. It is recommended that items be hand washed. While pieces are dishwasher safe (unless otherwise indicated), hand washing is recommended. Dishwasher and microwave use are at the purchaser’s own risk. Following our care instructions will ensure you enjoy your purchase for many years.
